I dont think they should do tht too I mean ther just being so ovr protective wich gets annoying and if we're old enough to make our own choices and they still do tht thn thts just wrong ITS CALLED TRUSTING UR KIDS DUH
Kids at certain ages can be trusted to make decisions but not all decisions. There is many bad things on the internet and if a kid comes across it, more then likely he/she would not tell the parents. Parents need to catch these things at the beginning so they can explain it.
You think it is invasion of privacy but it is not. This is not spying. Forgive them for wanting you to be safe.
Ha, I can definitely tell who is the adults and who is the kids here. I don't think any kid can be trusted to do whatever they want on the computer. There is too many bad things out there. I have a child, and I will definitely be checking what she is doing on there. But, here is the difference, I will tell her that I will check what she is doing. That way she knows, and it might keep her out of trouble.
My mum used to check but I told her to trust me I wouldnt look at anything I'm not supposed to and I'm carefull on chat sites she has backed off now and she knows she can talk to me I love my mum she is cool
