To join, you have to find an invitation to the game. Invitations are links (example:www.lost.eu/56ek) and could be posted on the internet or written somewhere in the real world.

Lost gives you points for connecting yourself to people in the most interesting and creative way possible.

Once you join you'll be given a unique Lost link (it's written on your home page) that you can write somewhere on the internet or in the real world. Anyone who follows this link joins the game and becomes part of Lost.

Lost awards points based on the six degrees of separation between you and people that you connect yourself to.

You get 32 points for everyone you invite, 16 points for anyone invited by them, 8 for anyone that they invite, then 4, 2 and 1. Your points exist as long as the player who gave you them is still in the game. If he or she loses, they vanish.
