Ali
Having just returned from holiday, I thought I would make a diary entry. I've just spent the past week with a mate, in the clubbing capital Magaluf, in Majorca, and I swear down, I've just had the best week of my entire life.
We arrived on the first day, at 11.30am, their time. From there, we made a trip down the beach, explored the area a bit, then went back to the apartment's pool. I had bought a lilo from the local shop for the pool, since I can't swim, and seriously, the performance I made whilst getting in the pool. Screaming my head off, cos I'm so scared of drowning. At night, we went into the main clubbing strip, explored a few bars and clubs, and ended up in this one pub, Chaplins. The staff are absolute legends, so friendly, and the music is brilliant.
They made us welcome by introducing a few party games to us newcomers, they made me sit on a stool facing the door, and the next single lad to walk in, I had to persuade him to lie down, sit on him cowgirl style, and indulge in a 20 second snog with him. Fair enough, done. I then had to run across the street to KFC, jump over the counter and get one of the members of staff to write on my arse, "I love Chaplins" - such a laugh.
On the second day, the weather was a bit shocking. Again, at night, we went out to Chaplins, and it was throwing it down with rain. We walked a good 10 minutes with a towel on our head, all the way down the main strip of Magaluf. Must've looked such a sight, but we don't straighten our hair for nothing! That night was quite scary, all I remember is having three drinks, and being up on the dancefloor all night, leaving my drink unattended at the bar, like a fool. I then apparently collapsed against the bar, was sick, carried outside, sick again, coughing up blood, and totally unconscious. I couldn't even open my eyes, let alone lift my head up. One of the lads who works at Chaplins, Luke, had to carry me all the way back to our apartment - I totally appreciate him for this, cos he could've done anything to us, taken advantage, but all he wanted to do was see that we got home safely. I fancied Luke from the first time I saw him on the first night, he just stood out for me, his personality. Apparently when he was carrying me home, he had to sit on a bench for a rest for two minutes, with me on his lap. I don't remember any of this, but I apparently repeatedly trying to kiss him, with sick breath, to which he offered me a chewing gum, I chewed it for 20 seconds, spat it out, and tried to kiss him again. LOL. And it turns out, I apparently pulled a load of wrinkleys on the dancefloor that night, including a 54 year old. Disgraced.
Every night from that point, we would end up in Chaplins, I had to thank Luke for the previous night, and because of what had happened, we grew closer as the week progressed. Every night, me, my mate and Luke would go out together, when he had finished his shift, have such a brilliant time. That's all the holiday consisted of, getting absolutely wasted every night, partying till 10am, going to bed, waking up at 6pm, and doing it all over again.
I do feel bad on my mate in a sort of way, since the apartment we had, I spent in total, two nights there. The other five nights? At Luke's. Luke's 29, originally from London, and only moved to Magaluf last year for work, since nothing in London was holding him back. He had just split from his long term girlfriend, he didn't get on with his family etc. I can totally respect his decision, and it's made me think about moving over there also and working for a few years, whilst I'm still young, since I have nothing holding me back also, no commitments. It's a totally different life over there, so enjoyable, so laid back. Just fun, 24/7.
As I say, as the week progressed, me and Luke grew really close. Couldn't even bare to say goodbye to him. We've exchanged numbers and email addresses, he's planning to come back to England in January to visit his mates, and says he'll definately pay Manchester a visit to see me. In the meantime, I'm definately going back there next year, without a doubt.
I arrived back in Manchester at 4am yesterday morning, whilst I was at the airport, Luke texted me, saying he didn't know what to do with himself now I was gone, that I had given him the best time in the past year, that the goodbye was so hard for him, and how he needed me back in his arms. He's also texted me earlier today, to say that it was upsetting waking up this morning without my "gorgeous eyes looking back at him". Really miss him like hell, and sometimes I wonder how the hell I manage to get myself into this situations.
He also mentioned he had left me a surprise in my suitcase, something personal to him, to remember him by. What was in there? His sweatband he wore constantly, which he loved dearly. Love him to bits. One night also, we were together, he said that if I lived in Majorca, without a doubt, he would be with me, would be his girlfriend, and how surprised he was with himself, since he never gets attached to someone as much as he did with me. So now, I'm deeply depressed after having to part with him for a few months.
To add to the depression, back to work on Monday. Yay.

Reading is good for you though!
It will greatly improve your grammar and help differentiate "to" from "too."

Very good boys and girl! Now if we all just turn to page 32 in your spelling books, you will see in bold type the three "words of the day", which are; TO, TOO and TWO. Your homework for tonight will be to write 10,000 sentences for each of those three words...I know, I know, I don't usually give out such easy homework, but I'm giving you all a break only because it's Monday.

Thank you for the break Professor ChitoDog but I have one question can we repeat the sentences?
How about if we copy an paste them? Would you be terribly mad?
