Were there any females admins?
If so what happened to them?
Why did they leave?

Ali was Joe's gf at the time, they had problems, and Ali deleted her profile and left for a while. Now she is back as Ali again.
If women acted well in the forums, showed maturity and made a good enough impression, Mike would possibly make them an admin. I'm not saying some don't, but they have to stand out well for Mike to take notice on them.
So far no woman has had a good enough rep on her name to become an admin.
