  Main things (I think) it takes for a girl to fall for you.
  However you can't force a girl to like you.
  
  Each girl is individual so you can't specifically say .. ok do this and she'll definitely like you, thats not how it goes.

  You can't make a girl fall for you. It's a natural process.
  
  But following Joe's comment, don't feel the need to follow along the lines of funny, confident etc, for the sake of a girl supposedly falling for you. If someone can't love you for the person you are today, they're not worth it. There's someone out there for everyone, I for one, believe this. There's someone out there who will fall madly in love with the person you are, love your personality, love everything about you.
  Everyone is different. We all have different tastes in the opposite sex. Some girls fall for the players, the bad boys... God knows why, but I suppose it's the adrenaline rush. Some girls fall for the shy, quiet type, and so forth. Again, in response to Joe's comment, there's no actual criteria to be a babe magnet since we all have different tastes.

  Ali pretty much nailed this one dead on, but just remember to be yourself. Don't change who you are just to catch someones attention. It's not worth it. Don't lose yourself to gain someone else.
